Ordering Information

Whilst we have a well - managed stock control system, Isle of Man Stamps and Coins reserves the right to limit the supply of all product lines should the occasion arise where demand exceeds supply. The decision and allocation of available stock rests solely with Isle of Man Stamps and Coins.

Delivery Time

We endeavour to despatch your order of current issues within a working day of receipt, but please be aware that delays are possible at peak times such as Christmas or near seasonal 'standing order' stamp issue despatch dates.

Postal delivery times are typically 3 to 6 working days to UK addresses. Please allow 4-6 weeks for European and worldwide orders. This extended time is to allow for Customs clearance.

Returns - Our Guarantee of Satisfaction to You

If you are not completely satisfied with any products we will gladly exchange or refund your money! All we ask is that you return the item to us with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. If it is our mistake we will refund your postage costs.

No Customs Charges within UK

Please note there are no import/customs duties imposed by the UK on any items sent from the Isle of Man Post Office to United Kingdom and Northern Ireland addresses.

Handling Charges

We are currently offering free worldwide delivery until 1st July 2025.
