How do I create an account?

  1. Click on the account icon in the top right corner of the page. Alternatively you can click 'My Account' on the bottom of the page within the footer menu.
  2. If you have never ordered from our new website, click 'create account' and follow the instructions on the page. Please ensure your email address is correct. Please ensure you type your new password exactly as you want it to appear.
  3. If you have previously created an account on our new website simply log in to your account with your email address.
  4. If you have forgotten your password please click the 'Forgot your Password?' option here and follow the instructions on screen.

How do I make a purchase/place an order?

  1. Browse our Collections or Products on our website. Click 'add to cart' if you want to buy the product.
  2. Once you have added all items you want to buy to your cart, click the cart icon in the top right corner of the website.
  3. Check that you are happy with your order e.g. quantity or product configuaration
  4. Click 'Secure checkout' and follow the instructions on screen.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Should you not receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes of your order, please check your junk mail folder. If you cannot find your confirmation in there please contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

When I try to log into my IOMPO account I keep getting redirected?

We have a new online store & web presence which means your previous online account with us is no longer available.

We are currently offering free worldwide delivery until 1st October 2025.

What are the shipping options?

We are currently offering free worldwide delivery until 1st October 2025 for standard delivery.

For a premium service such as 'Special Delivery' or 'Tracked & Signed' an additional fee will apply.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our fulfilment/delivery times haven’t changed.
We endeavour to fulfil orders within one working day.

Delivery to the UK typically takes 3-6 working days

Delivery for European and worldwide orders will take 4 – 6 weeks. This extended time is to allow for customs clearance.

What is your guarantee and refund policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with any products we will gladly exchange or
refund your money. We will ask you to return the item to us with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt.

If it is our mistake we will refund your postage costs.
