The Prestige Booklet is the most comprehensive presentation of the 2026 stamp issue celebrating John McGuinness MBE’s 30-year Isle of Man TT career, issued by Isle of Man Post Office.
Containing two complete sets of the six stamps, it also features additional imagery and extended commentary on the legendary career of the “Morecambe Missile”. The booklet is led by McGuinness’s Isle of Man TT legacy, where he has achieved 23 victories, 47 podiums and the landmark 130mph lap during the 2007 Centenary Senior TT.
The stamps also reflect his wider road racing achievements at the North West 200 and Macau Grand Prix, and the Prestige Booklet examines his success across multiple international events, highlighting his adaptability at the highest level of competition.
Traced from his early racing roots through to his TT debut in 1996, McGuinness’s career is shown as one defined by steady progression, technical skill and long-term consistency at the sport’s most demanding venues. His ability to remain competitive across different eras of machinery, classes and regulations is a central theme.
Alongside the sporting achievements, the Prestige Booklet provides deeper insight into McGuinness’s enduring role within the sport, including his long-standing association with Honda Racing UK, his contribution to the development of racing machinery, and his influence in supporting emerging talent. His resilience and continued presence at the Isle of Man TT underline a career built on both achievement and longevity.
